SNCB: 16 000 voyageurs indemnisés en 2009 pour des retards

La SNCB a indemnisé l'an dernier 16 000 clients parce que leur train était en retard, pour un montant total de 142 000 euros, rapportent vendredi De Standaard et Het Nieuwsblad.
